These terms cover your use of grearldigital.com. By using this site, you agree to them.
Who you're dealing with
This website is operated by Ahti Poopuu, an individual based in Estonia, trading as Grearl Digital. A company (Grearl Digital OÜ) is in the process of being registered; these terms will be updated once that's complete. Contact: support@grearldigital.com.
GrearlCut Free and Pro
GrearlCut Free can be downloaded and used at no cost, subject to the limits described on the GrearlCut page (currently: 3 exports per month, with a watermark on exported clips). These limits may change over time.
GrearlCut Pro is a paid subscription, billed monthly or annually. Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record — your purchase is also subject to Lemon Squeezy's own terms of sale. After purchase, a license key is emailed to you to unlock Pro features in the app.
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time; you'll keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period, with no further charges after that.
If you're an EU consumer, you generally have a 14-day right to withdraw from an online purchase of digital content. Because GrearlCut Pro grants access immediately on purchase, you may be asked during checkout to consent to that immediate access and acknowledge that doing so waives this 14-day right, as is standard for instantly-delivered digital subscriptions. If you did not give that consent, the standard withdrawal right applies. For any refund request, contact support@grearldigital.com or Lemon Squeezy directly.
Pricing and included features may change for future billing periods; if that happens for an active subscription, we'll aim to give reasonable notice beforehand.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site to attempt unauthorized access to it, to scrape or misuse it at a scale that disrupts the service, or to use it for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual property
The Grearl Digital name, logos, game titles, and other branding shown on this site belong to Ahti Poopuu / Grearl Digital. Nothing on this site grants you a license to use them beyond viewing this website in your browser.
No warranty
This site and the information on it (including anything about upcoming products) are provided "as is," without any warranty of accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the site and its products change — most notably once the OÜ registration completes and once paid subscriptions launch. The "Last updated" date at the top will always reflect the most recent version. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
