This policy covers grearldigital.com only — it does not cover Grearl Digital's games where they are distributed through other platforms (such as GameDistribution, GamePix, or app stores), since those platforms have their own separate privacy practices.
Who is responsible for your data
This website and its associated tools are operated by Ahti Poopuu, an individual based in Estonia, trading as Grearl Digital. A company (Grearl Digital OÜ) is in the process of being registered; this policy will be updated to name it as the responsible party once registration is complete.

Analytics — page views and clicks
This site records page views and clicks on certain buttons/links, using a first-party system built specifically for this site (not a third-party analytics service). This does not use cookies, does not store IP addresses, and does not track you individually across visits or across other websites. What's recorded is limited to: which page was viewed, which button or link was clicked (by a generic label, not any personal detail), and which site referred you here (e.g. "google.com" or "direct"), each counted as an anonymous total for that day.
Because no cookies are used and no personal data is collected through this system, no cookie consent banner is shown on this site.
GrearlCut waitlist
If you submit your email address on the GrearlCut page to be notified about its launch, we store that email address and which plan (Free or Pro) you were interested in. This is used only to email you about GrearlCut's launch — it is not shared with any third party, and it is not used for any other marketing.
When you sign up, your email address is also briefly sent through Resend, an email-delivery service, purely to notify us that a new signup happened — Resend does not otherwise store or use this information.
To be removed from this list at any time, email support@grearldigital.com and your entry will be deleted.
Contacting us
If you email support@grearldigital.com (including via the link on our Contact page), whatever information you choose to include in that email is used only to respond to you, and is not added to any list or used for marketing.
Hosting
This site is hosted on Netlify, which serves the site's files and runs the small backend functions used for the analytics and waitlist described above. Like any web host, Netlify's infrastructure necessarily processes standard connection information (such as IP addresses) to deliver web pages, in line with its own privacy policy — we do not have access to, and do not separately store, that information ourselves.
Payments
GrearlCut Pro subscriptions are sold through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record for these purchases. When you subscribe, Lemon Squeezy collects and processes your payment details directly — we do not see or store your full card details. Lemon Squeezy shares with us only what's needed to deliver your license key (such as your email address and which plan you purchased). See Lemon Squeezy's own privacy policy for how they handle payment data.
License keys are emailed to you by Lemon Squeezy after purchase. If you don't receive one, check your spam folder, then contact support@grearldigital.com.
Your rights
Under GDPR, you can ask what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to how it's used. To do any of this, email support@grearldigital.com.
Changes to this policy
This policy reflects the site as it currently operates and will be updated as things change — most notably once the OÜ registration completes and once paid subscriptions go live. The "Last updated" date at the top will always reflect the most recent version.
